DreamWeave Linens provides premium bedding and linen products along with consultation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Our free consultations are subject to availability. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension of booking privileges.
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise arranged for commercial accounts.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. White-glove delivery service includes setup for applicable products only.
Due to the personal nature of bedding products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery with original packaging and receipt.
Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DreamWeave Linens and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamWeave Linens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
